Thank you to the ÉcoMégot team for their awareness of cigarette butt pollution. For our Sophia Antipolis site, we have opted for the collection and recycling of this toxic waste which has become a national and international curse.

Since the beginning of our CSR approach, each employee is asked to give their ideas for social or environmental progress. One of our employees had heard about the initiative of the city of Bordeaux to become the first zero-butt city. The concept of ÉcoMégot, which invites cities and companies to install cigarette butt bins seemed really interesting to us as more than half of Sÿnia's employees are smokers. The main aim is to make smokers aware of the need to dispose of their cigarette butts in the right place and to inform them about their environmental impact. A Research and Development unit has been opened in order to "create the first industrial recycling tool that depollutes 100% of each cigarette butt". Imagine the environmental progress if these 8 million cigarette butts could be totally recycled!
